Apples to Apples
Apples to Apples
Have you ever wondered about the food that goes into your body? Sure you have, who hasn't? In these times when everyone is worried about obesity, counting calories, Carbs vs. Proteins, and if the Canola is organic, we cannot do anything associated with food without being reminded that someone, somewhere has taken a "count" of something to do with that food.
So I ask you this; has anyone seen a study that really compares Apples to Apples? What I mean is quite rational, I assure… Continue
